BeFam keeps cultural context intact while fitting modern usage patterns: short sessions, mobile-first interactions, and distributed families.

Users should understand who they are in the clan, what they can do, and what happens next without technical language.

Critical flows (membership, billing, funds, scholarship) should expose status clearly and keep auditable history.

Data access follows clan scope and role scope. Payment activation follows confirmed server-side processing, not optimistic assumptions.

The product must stay practical for both elder users and younger members. Technology should reduce friction, not add ceremony.
