90-Day MVP Execution Plan¶
Objective¶
Launch a credible MVP that proves GrowthSO can improve decision speed and marketing efficiency in real customer workflows.
Days 1-30: Foundation¶
- Finalize MVP scope and success metrics.
- Implement org/domain onboarding and auth.
- Deliver baseline SEO crawler and issue model.
- Stand up KPI baseline dashboards.
Exit criteria:
- first end-to-end workflow runs in staging,
- baseline metrics are measurable.
Days 31-60: Core Value Loops¶
- Add AI content brief + draft generation.
- Add review ingestion and sentiment pipeline.
- Add paid campaign ingestion and budget recommendation logic.
- Introduce action queue prioritization.
Exit criteria:
- at least 3 integrated loops working (SEO, content, review/ads),
- pilot users can execute weekly decisions in one workspace.
Days 61-90: Production Readiness¶
- Harden CI/CD, observability, and incident workflows.
- Complete role permissions and audit logging.
- Run load and reliability tests.
- Prepare launch assets and operating cadence.
Exit criteria:
- production launch checklist completed,
- stakeholder sign-off with KPI targets for next quarter.
